About this website
This website is published by Right at Home Realty, a real estate brokerage serving York, Cumberland, and Oxford counties in Maine. By using the site you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Information on the site is general
Community guides, market commentary, buying and selling overviews, and town information are provided for general orientation. They are not legal, tax, financial, appraisal, inspection, or engineering advice, and they are not a substitute for professional guidance on a specific property or transaction. Travel times, school assignments, zoning, utilities, taxes, and service availability change and should be verified for the individual address before you rely on them.
No offer and no agency relationship
Nothing on this website creates a brokerage, agency, or client relationship. A relationship with Right at Home Realty begins only when it is agreed in writing. Sending a message through a form on this site does not make you a client and does not create any obligation on either side. Properties described here are not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy, and availability and pricing can change without notice.
Home valuation requests
A home valuation request on this site asks for a broker-prepared comparative market analysis. It is an opinion of likely market value prepared by a licensed real estate professional. It is not a licensed appraisal and should not be used where an appraisal is required.
Fair housing
Right at Home Realty supports the Fair Housing Act and Maine fair housing law, and does the same work for every client regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, familial status, national origin, ancestry, or any other protected class. Community guides on this site describe places, amenities, and geography. They are not a statement about who lives in a town or who should live there, and they should not be read as steering anyone toward or away from any neighborhood.
Content and images
Text, photography, graphics, and layout on this site belong to Right at Home Realty or are used with permission, and may not be copied or republished without written permission. You are welcome to link to any page. Lifestyle imagery illustrates the Maine way of life and does not identify homes offered for sale; some brand imagery is AI-generated or digitally edited.
External links and third-party services
Links to other organizations are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Maps on this site load tiles from OpenStreetMap. How we handle the information you share is described in our privacy notice.
Availability and changes
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time. To the extent permitted by Maine law, Right at Home Realty is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
Accessibility statement
We want every visitor to be able to use this website, including people who browse with a screen reader, keyboard only, magnification, or reduced motion. The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means a visible skip link, landmark regions and a logical heading order, text and controls that meet contrast minimums, keyboard access to every interactive element, descriptive alternative text on images that carry meaning, and respect for your operating system’s reduced-motion setting.
Accessibility is checked with automated testing (axe-core) across page templates, along with keyboard and screen-reader review, and it is re-checked whenever the site changes. Automated testing cannot catch everything, so some parts of the site may still fall short, and content loaded from outside services may not meet the same standard.
Tell us about a barrier
If anything on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us through our contact page and describe the page and what happened. We will respond and work with you to get you the same information or service another way while we fix the problem. Reports like this are the fastest way for us to find what automated testing missed.
