Information you choose to share

When you contact Right at Home Realty or request a home valuation, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, area or property address, and message. We use those details to respond to your request and discuss the real estate services you are interested in. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment-card details, financial documents, or other sensitive information in a website form.

How requests are handled

Our website and form delivery use Cloudflare. Form submissions are sent to our team by email so we can respond. Our website service provider, 207 Marketing, supports the technical operation of the site. Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver and secure these services. We do not sell information submitted through our contact forms.

Technical information and maps

Hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and request logs. Interactive maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives ordinary network request information. External links take you to other organizations’ websites, whose privacy practices may differ from ours.

This website does not require a visitor account or use an advertising tracking pixel. A session setting may remember that you have seen the introductory animation. Browser privacy settings and reduced-motion preferences are respected.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and move through the site, so we can improve it. It records information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring source. Google Analytics 4 does not record your name or contact details, and IP addresses are truncated by Google before they are stored. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not combine it with the details you send through a form. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by using your browser’s tracking-protection settings.

Home search and valuation

Our property search displays listing information supplied through Maine Listings IDX. Availability and details can change; contact our team for current information about a property. The home valuation form requests a broker-prepared comparative market analysis. It is not an automated valuation or a licensed appraisal.

Images and community information

Home and lifestyle imagery illustrates the Maine way of life and does not identify properties offered for sale. Some brand imagery is AI-generated or digitally edited. Team photographs were supplied by the brokerage or edited from supplied reference photographs. Community guides include source links where provided; property-specific services, travel times, zoning, and availability should be checked for the individual address.

Your questions and choices

You can ask us to correct information you have shared, stop follow-up communications, or review a privacy concern by contacting our team. We retain correspondence as needed to respond, provide services, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We will update this notice when the site’s services or information practices change.
